What is a paid user?
A paid user is a user invited to your Account, or any user invited to a Workspace as a Collaborator, Moderator, or Administrator. Also, users invited to three or more Workspaces are considered paid. You can read more about the difference between paid and free users on our support site.

Do I have to pay for invited users?
No. Users invited at the Workspace, folder, or file level as a Viewer, Printer, Downloader, or Creator are free up to your plan’s total user limit. In most cases, these types of users will be external. You can read more about the difference between paid and free users on our support site.

Can I pay a year in advance?
Yes! Get up to 20% off the monthly subscription rate when you switch to yearly billing. You can choose yearly billing during sign up, or switch at any time by going to Account > Plan Settings.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Onehub’s cloud storage pricing is a monthly or yearly subscription — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. How do I change plans or cancel service?
You can change your plan by visiting your Account Summary page and clicking on your Current Plan. You can hibernate (for $5/mo) or cancel your account by visiting Account > Cancel Account. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

How are total users counted?
