Our Fearless Leaders

  • Charles Mount CEO

    Charles is the co-founder and CEO of Onehub and is passionate about building great software companies. Charles is a serial entrepreneur founding three software startups over the last 10 years. At Onehub, Charles provides the product vision and oversees the company's strategic direction. In less than three years, Charles has led Onehub to become one of the leading providers of online collaboration and file sharing services for business users.

    Prior to Onehub, Charles was the co-founder and VP of Marketing for Likewise Software. Charles provided the product and marketing vision for Likewise and helped establish the company as the leader in Windows and Linux interoperability.

    Charles's first startup, OnDevice, developed performance monitoring and management services for wireless carriers. Charles was the co-founder and VP of Products and led the company to a successful acquisition by Keynote Systems. After the acquisition, Charles served as the general manager of the wireless business unit for Keynote for three years. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Charles spent several years at Microsoft and America Online in the early days of the Internet.

  • Brian Moran VP of Engineering

    Brian Moran co-founded onDevice, Centeris and Onehub, Inc. – leading the engineering teams for all three ventures with a proven ability to develop innovative services and software for enterprise customers. Prior to Onehub, Inc., Brian was the CTO of Centeris where he was a key member of the executive team and assisted with growing the company from day 1 to 50 employees and raising over $17 million in VC financing from Ignition Partners, Trinity Ventures, and Intel Capital.

  • Laurel Moudy Director of Marketing

    Laurel has over 10 years experience in high tech marketing and branding. Most recently, Laurel was the Director of Marketing at Centeris, an enterprise software company. Prior to that, Laurel led global marketing teams at Young & Rubicam Brands, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. Here she worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Microsoft and IBM. Other experience includes building successful communications strategies for Sprint Business and US Airways.

Our Cast of Characters

  • Matthew Anderson Senior Web Designer

    A Canadian-born designer, Matt adds flavor to Onehub in the form of delicious interfaces - covered in maple syrup. Matt is a standards focused designer who is passionate about how design decisions translate to users. He is also a sucker for extremely polished, dead simple layouts that require very few clicks. He has worked his way up corporate ladders, amidst agency traffic, through the freelance jungle and alongside multiple startups.

    When did he know he was a nerd?
    Since the day he dressed up in a homemade Batman costume and jumped out of the tree in his front yard — nearly killing himself.

    Interesting Fact: Can form a sentence from his first and last name. Give up?

  • Leigh Caplan Web Development Engineer

    Leigh is a mercurial blend of all that Onehub stands for as a company. He is stern, but irreverent. He is humble, yet confident. He enjoys working on interesting problems, hacking in Ruby, and writing about himself in the third person. He has a formal background in Graphic Design, but has veered more toward technical endeavors in the last several years. He really, really likes programming, and is constantly amazed that he gets paid to do it. In his spare time, Leigh is an avid snowboarder, semi-pro electronic music producer, professional layabout, and foppish dandy.

    When did he know he was a nerd?
    He's always known on some level. He was happy though when he woke up one day and being a nerd suddenly didn't mean a lifetime sentence in social isolation. Not sure how that happened exactly, but woo hoo!

    Interesting Fact: Can wiggle his ears.

  • Andrew Loe Web Development Engineer

    Andrew is the philosopher on the team, regularly transforming conversations into debates of logic and language. With a passion for knowledge, he is always on the hunt for shiny new toys that may help in his quest to automate his entire job. Outside of the office, Andrew can be found sailing, snowboarding, and kite-boarding. His passion for weather-dependent sports has led him on a quest to travel the world finding the best venues to play and relax.

    When did he know he was a nerd?
    Since he traded his parents the cost of insuring him as a young driver for a new PC. Counter-Strike > Driving.

    Interesting Fact: Hates mayonnaise but loves homemade aioli!

  • Brandon Caplan Customer Support Genius

    Brandon cut his teeth in the support sector working for Apple as a Mac Genius. Now he heads up support at Onehub and is also a contributing member of the Onehub dev team, making sure that everyone has a great experience. Although his brother is a foppish dandy, Brandon is a smooth dude who knows what's going on.

    When did he know he was a nerd?
    Brandon does not think he is a nerd.
